I roll with these and there's enough space between by face the glasses to prevent fogging.

I've experienced this and have found a simple solution. I don't much like the idea of putting stuff on my glasses. The solution sounds silly, but it works very well for me.

When I exhale I purse my lips (sort of like Donald Trump ) against the balaclava and exhale through it. I inhale through my nose or mouth, as I feel like it. It took me a short time to get used to this technique, after which it comes as second nature, and works perfectly.

For me, the glasses only fogs when I stop, so now I simply take them off if I know the light will be red for more than a few seconds...

Zombie Thread Alert! Peacefully sleeping since 2005.

Toothpaste is ok as a chain lube but not for use on lenses.

Toothpaste is a mild abrasive*; probably not a good choice for a chain lube.

Surprised I've never seen toothpaste suggested in the countless chain lube threads on BF.
I was kidding.
