I'd named all of my bikes until the last two; they just get called what they are ('green bike' or 'cruiser' vs. 'black bike' or 'road bike'). Sometimes when I'm carrying the 55 lb. cruiser up the stairs to my apartment I'll call it 'fat ass', and other similarly themed uncomplimentary names. Very rarely I will call either of them 'you SOB' when they break down or get a flat.

I really haven't thought of an "name" for my bike...
Now, I can tell you some of the things I call it when I feel inclined to do so. One name I call my recumbent sometimes would be "dammit" and my commuter "aww-$hit"
When I'm happy with the bikes I'm just call them the other woman, or awesome.

OK I'm weird. 
I've dubbed my bike the 86 Hyundai Stellar. Like the car (my Mom had one and it was an awesome little car), my bike is affordable (bought it from a second hand store for $7.50) and easy to maintain.

I once named my 2006 Trek 7500 after some mythological god but have long ago forgotten what it was. I have always kind of just called it "Old Friend" and that is the name that stuck.
It comes from the bike being one of the two things that got my life turned around due to my preexisting cardiac and lung health condition. I cannot ride it much now but I am considering an upgrade within the next 6+ months that will turn it into a good electric bicycle with good range and power. If I can do that it will almost completely remove any obstacles my health condition has upon my cycling and also reduce my needs for a car drastically.
It comes from the bike being one of the two things that got my life turned around due to my preexisting cardiac and lung health condition.
