Nashbar Cyclocross Frames?

Anyone have any experience with these or can give me some insight?

I looking to build my "ultimate commuter" from the bottom up and this seems like it might work pretty well for the purpose but I wanted to see what other people have experienced with it.

Suggestions on other frames with similar clearences (able to accept a mtb hub in front and rear) and prices would work as well.

i just got one of there mtb frames for $69.00 to do the same, building it up would up costing me some money but i went with some new parts instead of useing old stuff i had laying around,if you get one look over the frame closely, after i had mine all built up i noticed a weld that will need to be fixed but i am not to upset as i will ride it for a few months while i repaint my main commuter bike and then strip this one down and rebraze this weld and probally add some fender and rack braze ons that were missing.

The cyclocross frame is not exactly cheap if you don't already have a nice fork.
