Though they aren't commuter oriented, I've had good luck at Alpha Bicycle in Centennial. They hooked me up with my Surly which is my commute bike. Nice guys, good service. I've also had some luck at Campus. I wish there was a good commuter/touring oriented shop anywhere along the Front Range.
