I didn't have any luck w/zursters either
I bought a headset from them and they sent me the wrong color and it was missing a seal. They did send it promptly and I'm waiting to see how they correct the problem. I've been unable to find a phone# for them posted anyplace. If they contact me and fix the problem I'll post that info...

As for Zursters. I didn't have a problem. I won my auction on April 19,2007 did a buy it now on a separate item on the 19th (a Thursday). He left feedback on the 24th (tuesday), the same day I left him feedback when I received the two items. I think it was shipped USPS priority... not sure.

I bought a name-brand rear rack from Zursters, but was sent an el-cheapo, no-name rack. When I politely complained, he shrugged and said I should direct my complaint to the purported manufacturer. Total stonewall.
So I went through Paypal's arbitration process, and after doing everything they possibly could to find in his favor, they finally admitted that he'd totally misrepresented the goods. Then, if you can believe it, both he and paypal wanted me to pay to send the d*mned rack back!
I left him negative feedback and, as he routinely did to everyone who complained, he retaliated and then sent mail offering to mutually withdraw the negatives. I didn't bother to respond.
I note that 'zursters' is no longer a registered ebay user. I'm guessing he changed his identifier so as to get out from under all the negative feedback.
