The jacket is a killer storm jacket, I can only use in the winter though, it's so warm, the lights can be seen for ages.
But I use a one strap bag and the battery pack/switch is right ion the collar bone. The light portion of the jogging belt is destroyed when you adjust the belt. Great ideas, needs a little more finesse. I do want to try the umbrella though, that looks funky.
