Racks for Bikes That Don't Have Mounting Brackets??

Hello everyone.

I'm curious, is there any way to mount a rack onto the back of a bike that doesn't have the rack mount holes on the back of the frame??

Or would I be better off just getting some kind of bag that hooks to the front of the bike or something?

You can get a seat-post mounted rack, like I have.

There are a lot to choose from, from cheapo plastic and steel ones like the one I have, to lightweight alumunum ones.
