I know what you mean. A lot of bicycle company names are confusing. Take Giant Bicycle Company for example. I was thinking they make some large ass frame sizes, like a 66 cm or more. Nope, they top out at 60 like most other manufacturers. Probably should be called Normal Range of Bicycle Frame Sizes Bicycle Company instead. And then there's Schwinn. What's up with that? No one riding a Schwinn has schwonn anything in several decades.

If you don't like it you can leave on a Huffy.
If that's too quick for you you can leave in a minute and a Huffy. With apologies to Groucho Marx |

In the 1984 and 1988 Summer Olympics, United States athletes riding Huffy labeled bicycles combined to win 2 gold, 2 silver, and 1 bronze medals. |

Jeeze, I think even Dave Stoller won riding a Huffy bicycle. There is a big difference between "Huffy Labeled Bicycle" and "Bicycle Actually Made in the Huffy Factory" Huffy never touched the bikes that won those medals, except with a paintbrush. |
I do not understand why Huffy is still in business, and other companies like Schwinn and Raleigh got moved to the side.
I can see one reason to buy a Huffy, and that is to spraypaint it white for use as a ghost bike (a memorial.) However, using one for riding is a totally different matter... but that's IMHO, of course. |
