Tri Peaks race this weekend
 

I get to see how the big guys play this weekend. With all that I pack on my commuter and my weight I am lucky to get into the 20's on my daily ride. It will be neat seeing people sustaining the 30's.

You can always register yourself and see how fast you really are without all the commuter stuff...

Its an $86 entry fee. I don't want to pay that much to see how far behind I can get. These are the same guys running the Tour de France. I just think it will be cool to get to see them.
A friend owns a bike shop in town and is dying to get me on a roadie. I'll probably try it this spring.
And we have a Tour de Valley comming up that does a 20 or 40 mile and a 100K. I am planning on the 100K this year. That will be my longest one time run yet. My goal is to to a 100 mile by the end of the summer.
