Anyone use Maxxis Overdrives?

I just saw an ad in BICYCLING and was wondering if anyone had these and what they thought? Specifically grip and rolling resistance.

I've been running them on my Van Dessel (700 x 38) for a few weeks. Working great so far. Much less rolling resistance than the narrower Armadillos on my Surly. In fact I'm replacing those with another set of Overdrives. No grip issues so far, but I haven't tried them in heavy rain.

I've been riding the 26x1.75 Maxxis Overdrive tires for a little while now and like them quite a bit. Had to lube the bead and overinflate them to get the bead to seat properly but they have been fine. They are not very high in the PSI department, rated at 50psi though I have the rear at 60 and the front at 55. They roll *alright* and the tread doesn't seem to pick up rocks.
I have no remorse in purchasing them.

I'm thinking about getting a pair of these for my bicycle. Is anyone using them? Also, I'm not sure if it has enough clearance (it's an old road bike), so, does anyone know if the 700x38c actually measure 38mm?
