computer and light interferance.

So I used to have a 3led light wasn't to bright but got me from point A to point B ok. My gf borrowed my bike and lost it. I then picked up a 5led light, works pretty well, better than the 3, the only issue is when I turn it on, it canceles out the signal to my cyclocomputer and I can't get speed or milage readings. I can't move them any farther appart. Should I just ignore it since I can still use the comp during the day and at night I'm really just counting miles or is there an easy fix? Thanks in advance.

Can you mount the light on the bottom side of the bars to get more distance? Or moving the wheel pickup unit as high as possible for a stronger signal should help.

the light is mounted under the bar, so that won't work. The pickup is as close to the sensor as I can get it. Sigh...silly stuff.

Get a helmet mounted light. You also get to see the comp display at night by doing so.
