This my new summer/fall commuter completed with the rear rack from Jandd in silver (thanks Terry!) and the interuptor brake levers. What a joy to ride!
15 speeds, Nitto stem, Nitto noodle bars (46cm) Berthoud Stainless fenders, Schwalbe Marathons and a whole lot of chrome!

Pretty bike, I like the rear water bottle rack, had not seen that before. Has the same shape and set up
as my old Fugi Allegro. I too changed brakes and bars, I wish I would have gone with the Noodle. Why
not just keep old break setup?? It does look safe. What is your commute like?

Very nice. I've wanted a chrome Paramount for YEARS, but never find one in my size. I hope you have a rain bike---that's WAY too nice to subject to horrible weather.

Thanks. My commute is about 30 miles Rt and has some large hills. With the bars being 46cm, I wanted the brakes close. The interuptor levers give much better braking control than the old suicide levers. It is a real fun ride. The bootle cage set up came from Nashbar. They are seat post rail clamps for the cages.
Holy crap! I'm blind!
That is one good looking bike.
Looks way too good to leave unattended. I hope you have a safe place to keep it at work and a GOOD lock.

I may have already said this over in C&V. Needs more chrome.
hahaha
Seriously, it's awesome. What cranks are those? They look sweet.

The cranks are the original Campy NR Triple. I think it is somthing insane like 53/49/36. They were stonger in the old days before computers!
