SMOKING deal on DiNotte 600L at Nashbar

I'm posting this to the Commuting forum because, well, I can't think of a better light for those of us who have rural commutes. DiNotte has upgraded the already impressive 500L light(500 lumens lithium ion) to put out 600 lumens. DiNotte's price on their website is $399. The current Nashbar catalog, number 235, page 15, has the 600L listed at $369.95----but they're offering 15% off orders of $75 or more with coupon code 1575SPR. The light is backordered but you can lock it in at that price. I ended up getting it for $320 or so---shipped. I already use a DiNotte 5W Ultralight, and that's way bright, so I can't wait to see what the 600L is like. I would imagine moving the 5W to my helmet and running the two of them will be a hot ticket. Anyway, thought I'd pass that deal on to my fellow commuters. You city folk may not need such a light, but I'm thinking it will be very welcome on the dark two lanes I have to travel.

Wow that is a huge discount!

Too bad 320 is still out of my price range.

The last time I ordered a Chinese flashlight, it was supposed to come with 3W Luxeons. It came with cheap knockoff emitters instead. Buyer beware...

I have stuck by them because they're a small American company who makes a good product. Their customer service is very good. I own a 5W and anytime I had a question I was able to speak to Rob directly.
