Iron Horse Transit 1.0 <$300 delivered

I'm a bargain hunter, but I don't need a bike right now, so I had to pass this along. The "deal of the day" on Nashbar today is 40% off of the Iron Horse Transit 1.0. So, it's $325. However, they're also offering 20% off of any purchase over $75. So, that brings it down to $259. Add their $30 shipping and you've got a really cheap flat bar road bike commuter for the casual short distance rider. A few extra bucks and it's on your doorstep overnight.

Sounds like a sweet deal to me. Any thoughts on this bike? The fork is steel, but is the rest of the frame? The components are entry level to say the least. Anyone have any experience with this ride?
