From reading this, Staples appears to be encouraging people to bike to their store and utilize their showers before buying your office supplies.

What do you think? I don't think this is meant for their employees, right? Then again, Miami is pretty humid so showers may be the MO down there.

The article is ambiguous, but I'd suspect this is for employees -- the slip & fall liability issues alone make public access seem unlikely.
