Welcome to the club. As a new brooks owner I know how it is.

For me its sad enough that I named my bike, but even worse that I almost want to name my saddle.

Gives me an idea for naming a bike and saddle. How about Beavis (for the bike) and Butthead

That brooks has about 3k miles on it. Dimples absolutely refuse to appear on it but It's very comfortable so that doesnt bother me

Yup! I hear you on the Brooks saddles, I just installed my green (first!) Brooks on my Sport Tourer! I got it used but in darn good shape! Havn't ridden it yet but I think it looks damn good! a Brooks takes any bike great or junk and makes it look good!

Protected By ADT! ;-D

I've posted this pic before on another of the forums, but here it is again. This pic is of three of my Brooks saddles on three of my bikes. All the saddles are Brooks B-17s, of various styles. I didn't realize when I took the pic that it was in front of our ADT sign, but it does make me chuckle when I look at it! (And, of course, the bike in my avatar has a B-17 on it, too!)
