Side note: this is the only blue car that we see in the series.
Maybe the latte-sipping, cell-phone-gabbing, red-light-running blonde lady is the one...
...and here I'd been thinking it was the black guy ;-)

Well done Rick. You've finally done it. Today's strip made me spit my milk out! "No sect!"

I'm impressed by the resurgent shakers' versatility - they're able to work with clear carbon fiber and obviously built this bike as well:

The ability to leave comments about each strip has been added to the site. I received many emails with this request and figured it was worth trying out. It'll stay alive so long as the spambots don't find it.
Tell me how it works or if you like it or not -

Rick,
the comments spilling out underneath the artwork totally blows it for me. I identify with the characters and really enjoy your strip, but don't want to be pounded with other peoples opinions about it until I have come to my own reasoned conclusion about each days' offering.
I prefer the Forum as the place for discussion and as Yehuda said yesterday "I was enjoying the silence"
(in reference to the ad-free and comment- free presentation of your work)
Please offer a "comment-free" version.

Will do.
I ended up offering a 'comments' section under each comic because I found that most comics forums ended up having threads dedicated to strips...
I'll try a 'collapse/expand' feature on the comments and will have it done in the next day or so.
Thanks for the feedback.

How's that look? There's a 'show/hide' link next to the 'Comments' title under the strip now. I'll work on a cookie that remembers each reader's preferences (comments shown or hidden)...

I really love just opening the page and seeing what's happening on any given day. Call me a purist if you like, but anything that distracts is exactly that; a distraction from the reason I'm there in the first place.
On a side note, is there an real life analog to the Kickstand?

Okay, comments should work now:
On page load, the comments are hidden for all the comics.
If you click 'show' next to the comments title, the comments will continue to appear on all comics you read until you click 'hide', at which point they'll all be hidden.
This works with a simple cookie, for those who may have them turned off.
Thanks for the feedback - hope this works for all.

Rick has outdone himself this morning! I had no clue who Margaret Hamilton was, but the wiki article quickly cleared this up. She was the actress that portrayed the wicked witch of the west in the Wizard of Oz! Coincidently she was born in Cleveland. Well done Rick!
BTW - when is the book going to be available?

It was supposed to be ready June 10th, but the Fred story took longer than anticipated.
I'm finishing it today, then will get another proof. If all looks good, I'm expecting before the end of June.

Reader and friend Joe Tait created a prototype for a Yehuda Moon articulated figure:
The photos don't do it justice (in fact, it almost looks as if Yehuda stumbled into a red light district - and then passed out). It's a fun piece of work and Joe will have better photos up on his own site in the next week or so. He's awesome - check out his other art.

The first album of Yehuda Moon comic strips is here! The book collects comics from January 22, 2008 (the first strip) to June 30, 2008 (161 comics). The 8.5" x 8.5" perfect-bound softcover book features 58 full-color pages.
Here's the front cover:
And the back cover:
$19. The draft I had printed to check paper and color quality (which were both grand) arrived in about a week - maybe sooner. I was pleased with the turnaround and it was beautifully packed. The printer ships to Europe and the UK and a host of other countries worldwide.
