Every frame will be a bit different. 60cm is usually pretty big, though. I'm 6'1" and my "big" bike is a 57 or 58.

Remember guys that vintage sizing is different than modern sizing. The top tubes were often shorter than they would be on an equivalent size bike today.
-----
To the OP, both of those are low-end bikes, not really worth the money.

Do you have long legs and arms? Then 60 cm might be ok. But it also might feel long and you may be too stretched out. The 57 cm would be more likely to fit.

Both these bikes were from an era with poor seat posts so you could not rise the seat more than a couple of inches without damaging the seat post and the bikes seat tube. When standing over the top tube of these bikes if you were not squeezing the tender bits the frame was too small. I'm so happy those days are gone.
Look closely at the seat positions on both bikes. Yes; there both set correctly!

I have basically the same stats as you and currently ride a late 80's 58cm road bike. It is just barely on the small side but not enough to create any problems with me. A 60cm would probably be perfect....
...or not...
If those seat positions are correct I should maybe look even bigger.
