I smoked a commuter

So there I was just enjoying my ride on my kids tricycle from Wall Mart with pink streamers, when I saw this dude up the road. I decided to pedal a bit harder, and before I knew it passed him like he was standing still. Oh sure poor ******* tried to keep up on his fancy shmancy hybrid with those "panniers', but he was no match for me on my tricycle. It looked like he was on Gary Fisher Nirvanna, loaded down with fenders, panniers, handlebar bag, and generator hub light that was on ([for his] ... daylight running light). I sure showed him. I had to turn off on next street because I was only riding a block, but I completely owned that commuter! Damn I am awesome.

What if that commuter was just nearing the end of is commute or taking it easy from a hard ride the day before? Or maybe he just didnt know you were treating it like the tour de france.

Hey, I smoked a spliff. Then I heard a noise behind me and it turned out to be a police car. Some one was locked in the trunk. But it was okay, as there were air holes. I blew some smoke inside to chill who ever was in there out. What movie was that from? It's cycling related. Dam, can't remember.

So picture this I am riding along on my commute when ahead of me I see Lemond and Landis on a tandem going up a hill. So I dial it up a notch till I am side by side with them. You know, illegally lane sharing, cause thats the kinda badass I am. Anyways as per Data Junkies suggestion I whip out my sandwhich and take a bite. But I notice that it is still too easy. So I put my feet up on the bars reach down with one arm and start cranking the pedals. I took another bite of my sandwhich. Greg and Floyd were staring, awestruck at me. Then they smacked into the back of a parked school bus and I continued on to work.

I didn't wave.

Lance was chillin' in his house the other day makin' some popcorn for him and his bros, when I came out from nowhere and actually WALKED right past him. Before he even knew what hit him, I was like 1/8 block away. I didn't even need a bike to make him look like a fool. He was all, "What are you doing in my house?" and stuff, and I'm all, "Smokin' your *****, bro!" and just pulled ahead at a crazy 2-3mph (I never walked that fast before). Best day ever. Me and my bros were high-fiving like crazy for like a week, bro.

So I was riding to work one morning in my brand new replica German road champ jersey that I got from Nashbar when some poseur on a Trek pulls in front and sits up, turns around, and gives me this Look.

Hey, dude. Chill! I'm just trying to get to the office. Let's not make it a race or anything.

If I didn't know better, I'd have sworn that was from CigTech's "Walmart Denali" thread. One of the top-5 threads I've ever seen.
