Bag advice...
I was wondering if anyone has ever used the "DELTA RACK TRUNK WITH PANNIER" that is on sale at nashbar for $30. Is this a good deal? Has anyone had any experience with this bag? How much stuff can I fit in a pack like this?
Basically I want to get rid of the backpack I have been carrying around, but most of the trunk racks I have seen do not have enough space for my eagle creek pack-it folder (aprox 15x10 inches and about 3-4 inches thick when packed). Other than my pack-it folder I usually have my lunch, a few repair tools and an extra tube, and a notebook folder. I think the notepad could go one one side and the pack-it full of clothes on the other. I usually leave a pair of shoes at work, but if there was enough room to squeeze a pair in if I needed to, that would be great.
Does anyone have any advice on other products I should take a look at? Thanks for the help

I've no experience with this bag, but it looks pretty slick for what you are talking about carrying. That's a nice price considering most basic grocery bag holders start out around $25. Spend the $30, get some experience, and if you end up buying something better later, you are only out $30.

Thanks for the link! I'm looking at a trunk bag or panniers. Looks like for a modest investment, I can try both. As mentioned above, if it turns out to be a piece of junk, it's only $30.
