Saddle for 5'9" 240lb me

Had my soho for less then 3 weeks and the saddle is broken. Riding home today a big plastic part fell out from inside the saddle. It was not a comfortable saddle and I planned to change it, just not this soon.

Besides comfort I知 looking for something that can handle my weight. I suspect my weight had something to do with the broken soho saddle.

I値l call my Specialized LBS to see if they have an assometer to measure my sit bone. Will the Avatar Gel Saddle handle the weight?

Get a Brooks. It'll look great on the Soho and you'll never have to buy another saddle again.

my mass is in the 100 kg area,
have tried a lot of seats, a Brooks is most comfortable for me.
if your seat and handlebars are level- try a b-17, if you sit up a little more upright try a b-68.
