Well I did it!
 

Finally bit the bullet and bought the Burley Flatbed. Went down to the LBS and hauled it back home with the box attached. Stopped by and bought a few groceries on the way back. I'm looking forward to putting this baby to good use. =)

excellent! I am jealous. I have been wanting one for a while. Also been looking at the nomad, and I am torn, but the flat bed is tried and true. Enjoy it!

Want to tell the other Boiseans on this board which LBS sold this to you?

Georges Cycles on Front St. I called them mid week and told them I was interested. At the time they had 2 at their warehouse. They might have 1 left still.

Yeah, I was also debating between the nomad but the flatbed just seems more versatile and in line with what I will be using it for. I figure I could get a BOB Dry Sak and that would be pretty similar to the nomad.
