What a great morning Ride

It was great. Not too hot, nor cold. low traffic, peaceful!

Also marked the start of my "bike to work in shorts" phase, as the afternoons are getting hotter and hotter.

What if he did intervals on the way to work? Did you consider that before oh-so-callously posting your thread categorization criticizms?
