Cheap Pair of Flat Resistant tires?

What are some cheap flat resistant tires for a road bike? Under $20?

I second this, but it seems that all flat resistant tires are at least 30$ each, which is about what I pay for car tires.

The only flat resistant tires I've ever run were 26" knobbies. I didn't get a flat in almost 20 years.

I second this. Sure, they're not as efficient as slick tires. But it's hard to beat tires that were ultimately designed for use in off-road environments. This is why MTBs make indestructible commuters in general.

The Nashbar Prima 2 plus kevlars [Cheng Shin] are pretty good for $10 each. I commuted 3500 miles on a set of 25c Primas and only got a few flats despite abundant broken glass and potholes on my route.

26: forte fastcity ST/K at performance for $13 (I've got about 400 miles on mine and no flats)
700: forte gt2 kevlar at performance for $10 (slightly heavier, wire bead)
700: forte gt2 pro kevlarat performance for $25 (slightly lighter, kevlar bead, foldable)
