If trailers count, I'd be willing to tow my explorer to the post office with my bike, though...

I'm 225 lbs, 6 feet tall. I'm the biggest thing to be carried on my bike.

Fossil
Five gallons of used motor oil to a recycling center. It was in a plastic container on the rear rack.

I've towed a 17' aluminum canoe with my folding bike, but it was on a trailer. The canoe is big, but not heavy.
I've carried about 250 lbs of rocks on my xtracycle, but that's not a big load. Heavy, though. I replaced all my spokes after that; five were broken and I figured they were all compromised.

I have carried microwaves a few times, but the heaviest load was a 66 lb bag
of cement from the nearest home depot 9 miles away. I did rip a few stitches
from my backpack straps, but it managed to finish the job, and I've since
resown it. It did give me a sincere appreciation for one of the girls at work.
She weighs over 300 lb, which is a bag or 2 more than I was carrying.

34 lbs of produce - CORN, CABBAGE, etc in a not-made-for-that bulky cheapo backpack that I rode with for a couple miles home and when I did hit home - that dam thing was tossed onto the driveway - giving me welts along the arm as it left me.
Thing was - is that the backpack is a decent one - but not made AT ALL for hiking, regular backpacking, etc - it's basically a BULKY SACK.
I was so mad at it, and myself - darn good food is so less expensive at the market .... that I HAD TO GO IN AND WEIGH THAT DAM THING.
Did 28 lbs two weekends ago. And yes I hated that backpack load too But I also rode home with a bouquet of sunflowers hanging out of the top of it as I had to go to a work party and needed something to present to the hostess ...
