Last month I ordered a Topeak Whitelite HP 3W headlight from there and the supplied batteries were duds. I spent $10 for a pack of two at Target. I called bikesomewhere customer service the next day. After explaining the problem they refunded me $10. And I wasn't even asking for that. :thumb:

Love Wayne. Lickbike.com has the best prices for Tubus racks but anything ortlieb is definitely best from thetouringstore.com also if you eat the very small price difference between lick and Wayne (after factoring in Wayne's free shipping) on Tubus you will get a lot better service from Wayne.

I was doing that w/ great results on price but erratic results on shipping time and eventually I realized I can froogle prices and then get them matched at http://www.universalcycles.com who has outstanding shipping, at least here a 2-3 hr drive away. I've learned over time that universal will match pretty much any froogle price except from the most fly-by-night places and even then they will come down enough that I trust universal's reliability.
