Exactly...heck I don't even have computers on the bikes I do the most commuting and errands on...and while I do have them on my two road bikes, I can't remember the last time I looked at the odometer. I ride a lot of miles...keeping track of them has no value to me.

I've got just over 3700 miles on my IRO (fixed gear), the majority of which are commuting miles.
My other bikes haven't been ridden much since I got the IRO in April, before that I'd casually estimate 1500 miles total with again around 80% commuting share.
Actually, I started logging '08 mileage... just over 1600 miles across all of my other (4) bikes I've ridden this year. All but one are now not mine, or no longer full bikes.
So I guess ~5500 miles total with 75-80% of that being commuting.

On a heavy squeaky diamondback sherwood complete with milk crate. 25 miles per day, sometimes 35 when the kids have soccer games at home, at least 4 days a week, started last June. Would love to have a faster bike but not worth the 1G+ yet.

I'm at 2500 miles of commuting, zero miles of anything else. Apart from going 1/4 mile down the road when I'm checking out new equipment or adjustments, my bike doesn't leave the garage except to commute. That's because really I don't leave the house except to pick up/deliver kids or heavy/large stuff, or to go to work.

Started mid-June, just turned 600 miles on my commuter bike, with about 40 of those miles for non-commuting, then add 95 miles from commuting on my mountain bike. Hoping to hit 1000 by Christmas!

I have 688 miles so far this year. I'd have more but my commute is only 8 miles RT.
Congratulations to all!

I'm currently at 1117 commuting miles since re-installing my computer in mid-June. I went for a while without tracking mileage figuring this was my "just get there-wherever there is" bike but recently decided to track again cuz I'm not able to get any training in.
