Bike Decorating for a Wedding: How to add flowers? Lights?

We are planning to have the Groomsmen and myself arrive by bike for my Fiancee and I's wedding. The bridal party and Fiancee by Bus.
If she had the new 8 speed Royal 8 she likes a great deal...there might have been a chance of her wearing her dress on it without concerns due to the rear skirt guard...but the wedding consists of a rather tight budget.

anywho...

We would like to have a bike decorating rehearsal park picnic the day before the wedding with family and friends helping decorate the Groomsmen's bikes.

Anyone know of handy ways to put flowers on the bikes? We are hitting up the U Pick Farm the day prior to the wedding to get sunflowers etc.

Light were a possibility, and if it simple enough we might consider some option...

I wonder if cans can dangle off the back safely to??

Thanks!!

DJ Kenny

Use zip ties to fasten flowers directly to the frame, etc. or attach pieces of PVC pipe to place the flowers in. Hose clamps might work too, haven't tried that.
For lights I've strung LED battery powered christmas and halloween lights on the frame and put the battery pack in the underseat bag.

To drag cans, attach a length of PVC or something to a chain-stay so that it extends behind the rear tire and attach them there.
