3-4 days a week when not travelling.

Round trip is minimum 25 miles, in summer up to 40 miles (extra mileage taken on the way home).

10-12 miles r/t. Maybe once a week these days. For commuting, I mostly run. I bike when I feel lazy or am just too "beat up" to run.

I use the bike for everything else but commuting, since I got rid of the car.

Everyday. Distance varies between 24 & 26km depending on which route I take. As I said elsewhere, it's nowhere near enough riding for me, and I find myself doing extra-cirricular rides during the week.

5 days a week, sometimes 6 usually 13 miles round trip, but sometimes if the sun in shining I take the long way home, which adds about 12 miles to the round trip.

Mostly 5 days per week, 22 miles round trip. I HATE it on those extremely rare occasions, maybe two days a year, when I have to drive.

3-5 days a week. 13.3 round trip on the primary route in winter. In better weather, I'll ride a lighter bike and do more miles just for fun.

EDIT: it also depends on if I have to travel for work and the road condx.
