These Hybrid Zip-Off Pants from Showers Pass are pretty svelte. They don't look just like dress pants or anything,, being zip-offs, but they do look very nice off the bike, and are decently water resistant. I use their Club Convertible Pant a bit more often, and it keeps me bone dry in a downpour. Great pants, both.

+1. I have been wearing Dickies in the colder weather for years now and since my office is casual dress I can wear them all day I do not have to change.

i'm currently doing the ride with snow pants over my bike shorts. it's what I had in the house
