W&OD, night, headlight choice

I just got a L&M Stella 200L for my birthday, since I'll be commuting on the W&OD from DC to Herndon in the dark.

Big question is: will this be bright enough?

I commuted on the W&OD with one Fenix flashlight for awhile (180 claimed lumens). 200 lumens should be fine. The trail usually gets a lot of light at night. However, I switched to two because of the tunnel vision effect. I wanted the light to be more spread out.

The only problem is the ninja runners -- the ones dressed totally in black. I have to aim the lights a little high to see them and then down so I don't blind the other bikers.

I take the same trail Vienna to Navy yard. I think 200L will be fine.

I have a L&M halogen headlamp that works pretty well on the W&OD, but the place where I really needed good lighting is on the Fairfax County Parkway trail. Ninja walkers, Ninja dog walkers, and lots of car headlights shining right in your face from the parkway.

I have the Topeak Whitelights in flash mode, but I also have a Minewt X2 setup on the handlebars. The X2's are angled slightly downward to point at the trail, and I use the headlamp for peripheral and longer distances. When I've got everything running, it's like daylight out there.

On the back, I've got a Blackburn Mars 2.0, a PlanetBike rack light, a PB Superflash on the jersey, and a PB helment light. When I'm riding in the dark, they can pick me up on Dulles ATC.
