2009 Salsa Casseroll?

Just wondering if anyone has info on possible color or spec changes for the '09 models, specifically for the complete triple. Thanks

I sent them an email asking about changes in August before I bought mine. I received a response that they were not going to be changing anything on the bike spec-wise. I presume that includes the paint color.

I love the Casseroll. Having a comfortable and practical bike has changed how and why I ride in very good ways.

Thanks zpl. I am getting closer and closer to getting a new bike and this one is really standing out. I test rode one a few weeks ago and it felt just about perfect.

Did you go with the triple?

Speedgoat.com has the 2009 frameset and it does in fact look exactly the same as my 2008 frame.

I love my casseroll. I still need to get a decent picture of it...

The Salsa reps often take questions on the Manufactures Forums on MTB forums. A few Casseroll threads are there already.

I have the 08 set up as single speed and love it. It rides very smooth, handles well, and I can add gears later if I want.

Yep I have the triple version of the Casseroll Complete. The stock wheels are very heavy but definitely bombproof. I have a second set of wheels, Open Pros on Ultegra hubs that I use when I don't need the cush factor of wide tires on wide rims.
