Mila bought this 3 wheeler from my brother for the purpose of bringing and fetching her daughter to school. That was six years ago and now her daughter is too big to ride the carrier. She still uses the trike for errands and commuting around the city. Mila had the trike painted by herself and was happy for her accomplishment. By the way, she can't ride a regular bike because of balancing problems so she prefered this trike with anti swing lock.

Mila with her trike 6 years ago.

Well I don't really thought about that. Anyway do check the net and you'll be surprise on other models with SAAB brand. BTW the minivelo was light, good and runs smoothly.

Hello there Sir Boy!

That's a very nice Saab bike! The frame looks similar to a Louis Garneau, the one that led me to meet you personally.

Happy Holidays Sir Boy!

My newly painted bicycle ready for completion by January 2013. To be installed are chain cover, anti-swing, headlights, and bell. Printing/installation of sticker to follow. Original brand/name of the bicycle is Puchalin, but will think of another name.

Partial setup of Puchalin as of Dec. 29, 2012. New paint, new handlebar, new grips, stainless steel carrier, Nexus 4 speed IGH, front brake hub, stainless steel spokes, chromed kick stand, new seat post, new rear reflectors, and powder coated basket.

Original state when I got the bicycle Feb. 24, 2012.

I luckily found a set of stainless steel rim size 24 x 1.75. This rim is very rare to find among thousand of Japanese surplus bicycles coming here. Reserving it for future use.

Just took out my Bridgestone Travzone for cleaning and upgrading of parts. Changed the spokes to stainless and had the hubs repainted. Installed an alloy seat post and had the cables changed. I'll be replacing the seat later. This commuter
is a folding bicycle and wheel set is size 24 x 1 1/8.

I took out my Street Slider for cleaning and change of handlebar. I installed a mamachari handlebar just in case I decide to install a child carrier when the need arises. This is a motocross framed bicycle converted to a commuter bicycle.

Alloy Brakes.

Two types of brakes used on Japanese commuter bicycles.

Regular brake on most commuter bicycles.

Longer brake pad mountings usually for folding bicycles with small wheel sizes.
