Monument which were fenced off due to various reasons, such as a big tower with a few people standing on top. Security or cameras, I would guess. You can also see Marine 1 parked on top of the new visitor's center on the east side of the Capitol. |

The WP picture was snapped @ 11:17:58am to be exact, and came down @ 11:19 from the sat. . WP supposedly has an 11:47 one that I'm looking for.
I prefer the unedited versions, without all the pan/zoom nonsense :) |
