can I install full mud guards / fenders?
 

Hi, my bike has mounts as shown on the attachments (there is a hole as shown by the red circle!)

I would like to install mud guards similar to these:

Would it be possible to put them on my bike or will I need different ones?

Also I would like to put flaps on the bottom on the guards, what would be the best way to do this?

The fenders I've used that lasted more than one season use the attachment points in your pictures and eyelets at the end of the fork and stays. There are fenders available that use only the attachment point in your pics. As far as mudflaps, I use plastic from the flexible 3-ring binders cut to shape and attached with a single zip tie that goes through two drilled holes parallel to the fender. If you would like a better explanation, I can try to describe it differently.

Look around the different designs - many have mud flaps, and the ones with a sliding attachment point on the rear fender are the most flexible, as that way you can hang it from a rack, and dispense with the support struts. However to do this you'll need an extra sliding attachment point - which you should be able to order from Planet Bike, if you live in USA.

Pretty much All bikes have those.
What really is going to determine if you can mount those fenders, is if there are eyelet holes at the bottom of the fork and at the ends of your chainstays.
Take photos of those places (where your wheel axles are attached).

The disc brakes might complicate things just a little...but nothing that a little bending and/or a couple of stand-offs won't cure.

Planet Bike's SpeedEz fenders are designed for mounting around disc brakes.

This weekend I installed mud flaps that reach down to about 1 inch off the ground. I used rubber backed carpet remnants and instead of zip tying them on I drilled 2 holes vertically on the fender and bolted them on.

If you find this kind of flap isn't heavy enough you can drill hols in the bottom of the flap and add some bolts for weight.
