Cross on Studs

It's a beautiful day here with temperatures in the 20's. I added some sweet Nokian Studs to my cross bike and took it out for a test ride. Here are some pics.

Niccccce! So how did they handle? If been considering a pair, but really haven't justified the reason to buy them yet considering we only get 3 snow storms max.

looks like your front tyre is on backwards.

not that it makes a big difference in that width.

Wow good eyes! I'll have to check now. Every little bit of extra traction helps. I ride in the dark to work so ice holes, grooves in the snow, skiff snow over ice, etc. really come in to play. I won't ride in deep snow w/ these but hard and fast riding is ok. Thanks :D
