new frame

I'm looking for recommendations on a new frame for my wifes "around town bike." Right now she is using a 2002 giant ORC 3, but the frame is about 6cm to big. Anyone know what/where i could get a new framer that will work with this set up?

I'd prefer to keep it light and avoid steel
I'd like it look plain (less likley to be stolen)
I'm hoping to stay under $500, i can spend more though

thanks

Look for an aluminum frame. I'm not sure of any that are in your price range that are sold as framesets or frames.

I'm shocked you managed to get a frame that's 6 cm too big. I don't think it's humanly possible to ride a frame that oversized.

Nashbar sells a version of their own road frame.
Check it out.
I ride an FCR and love it.

Look at Performance or Nashbar.

It's a bike she rode all through college. She has another one that she uses for distance riding, but she's afraid to leave it locked up around town.
