i'll go around a block, or slow down and drop behind an aggressive driver before i have any type of confrontation with them, especially in the morning. i'm so lethargic and out of it in the AM, i cant be bothered with fighting with someone. it amazes me that stories like this happen in the morning, you would think the guy in the car just wants to get where he's going without confrontation.

if the choice is fight or flight, i pick flight every time.

I never understand these people. He is in such a rush that he can't wait 15 seconds of his life for an opportunity to pass you, but then spends way more time than that yelling and screaming about it.

Did I not make the point that when it comes to self-defense law, there are many local variants? Did I or did I not make that exact point?
