need a new sit with suspension, and found these Brooks
Does anyone have experience with the
Brooks England B190 and B135 ?
what's the difference between the 2 model, they look almost identical.
i know these 2 differs from their other models, but i want to know specifically the difference between these 2 and see which one suits my needs better.
i'm also open for suggestion for other seats with build in suspension.
I already have a Crane Creek Thudbuster, which is excellent; but is not applicable for my new build as my intention is to keep my seat post (build in pump), and the trade off is to find a saddle with suspension.
This is for a hybrid commuter MTB, or more like a MTB turned into a hybrid road bike for long touring for my daily commute.

I don't have those but I have the Brooks Champion Flyer ( i think that's what it's called ).
It has probably the least amount of springiness of any of their sprung saddles. It's basically the b.17 with springs. The springs are just enough to take the edge off, but not bouncy at all. I'm assuming the ones you pointed to are springier.

I'm astonished at the comeback Brooks saddles have made. The company just about died out, and now it seems to be the favorite here on bikeforums.

Wow...that's a whole lot of spring there. The difference between the two seems to be the size of the top. The B135 is 210mm wide and 290mm long and the B190 is 250mm wide and 323mm long. You better have pretty wide sit bones or be sitting really really upright for those. I've got a Brooks Flyer S that I think is just about perfect for my commuter. Enough spring to help on some of the rough roads on my route, but since it's effectively a sprung B17 it's comfortable with my handlebars just a touch lower than my seat.

But of course! I thought I was their last lover. I was riding my Brooks Pro through the 80's and 90's, and people said, "What's THAT!?" It's now cracked and a bit sorry looking, but I still ride it. I estimate it to be 40 years old.
I'm merely surprised, not dismayed. They are expensive and heavy.

I really like my Champion Flyer. A Thudbuster and sprung seat might be a little much though. Why not try different tires to absorb some of those bumps. I run some Schwalbe Big Apples and they are cushy. They roll nicely in the center third of the tire except when bumps come along.

I just got my B190 today and road it for an hour on my trainer tonight and its fantastic!!! I sit really upright on my bike and its very comfortable - like a hammock for your ass. Its springy but I don't think too much so (how much can you tell on a trainer?) I replaced a B72 which I found too hard on this bike, it was better on previous bike on which I sat a little more forward.
