Another cyclist hit

https://www.redding.com/news/2009/may...d-hit-and-run/

I can't write much right now, but this is a guy I didn't really know, but have shared many waves, head nods and "morning!"s with.

Glad he's ok. This is also an intersection I used to go through twice a day. Now it's at least once a day, depending on my route.

I heard today about some hit and runs...people are sick. I do not care if its a child, old lady, dog, even a turtle...make sure they/it are okay and help if you can. God help someone who hits me and runs...they better hope the cops get them first.

I was brushed by a driver last year and they did not stop. Woke up in the Trauma Center. No idea who and none of the witness's took license info. If I ever find out they will be prosecuted. Had this happen to me as a kid. Teen drivers out fooling around grabbed my bike and dragged me down the road and let go. I survived. My parents prosecuted. The entire car of kids were not happy when they were arrested. Definitely will prosecute.
