Today's lesson (Flat Tire)
 
- do not ride too close to the curb
- avoid piles of debris you can not identify at first sight
- if you hear like a plastic bag "POP" coming from the tires, might as well take a break and inspect it.
(else 3 KM later you'll be changing tires) :cry: that happened to me :lol:

been there... I learned the hard way about riding close to the curb when one of my wheels lost traction, causing my foot to slip off its pedal and get crushed against a curb. NOT FUN!
