I appreciate it... but as was pointed out, the frame currently comes with 130mm dropouts. U have a nice (brand new) disc wheelset sitting here that's 135mm. I'm trying not to reinvent the wheel.

As a pure commuter, I have no issue with the frameset, but I can and will take this on places other than pavement, and the fact that the derailer runs are under the BB is a showstopper for me. Dunno what they were thinking there on a cyclocross frameset, because that's a major bash point.

How about a Voodoo Wazoo? Steel frame, carbon fork, disc capable CX bike. Not sure about rear hub spacing though.

Edit: Looks like rear hub is 130mm...

Stereotyping never fails to make some chuckle. But if anything, it's a sign of how far removed from WWII the young generation of Germans can be. And I think it's a good thing.

Open your wallet a little wider and call someone like Gunnar and you can get the frame you want and a plain color to go with it.
