This is going to be awesome

I recieved an e mail message that says Because our offices are located in or near the Inverness Business Districts, we have been notified of several upcoming construction projects in the area that could cause temporary disruptions to traffic around our buildings over the next several months.
I can't wait to blow by my co-workers stuck in the traffic jams this is going to create

Congratulations! You just jinxed yourself with ill-wishing, and quite likely they'll be passing you as you change flats from all the construction debris.

My area is currently repaving the main street causing a bunch of detours. The parts that are finished are smooth riding. The parts under current repair I just ride slower on (or on the sidewalk). Some of my coworkers have already been late or complaining. They also closed our street for a day causing a headache for parking. I don't flaunt that I park my bke inside or the delays and detours don't really affect me .

Good one- Make sure your co-workers see you coming and going with the flashing lights. Stop to get a coffee, talk to the newspaper guy, (read an article or two) and then walk into work right on time!
