Hey, he's not the only Denverite here!

Nowhere in Denver has seen 18" yet, but we do have probably 4" of accumulation:

I"m down in southern 'burbs (Highlands Ranch), and I have a solid 6" on the fence and patio furniture, with drifts close to a foot....

If the wife doesn't barricade the door, I'm thinking of riding around the block just to HTFU and throw it in pcad's face...

Don't have a camera with me but I think you get the ... drift. Drove today and had a momentary pang of regret when I saw a biker on a cyclo-cross riding in. Downtown Denver, which usually gets the least in the area, has about 6-7 inches on the ground at 4:30 with no sign of stopping.

No. Mine is a bit less. Though I am thinking about riding tomorrow for the heck of it.
I had more important things to do today.

My Mom was just visiting an old friend in Highland's Ranch. It's a good thing she beat the snow. Despite years of Chicago winters, she's been California wussified.

I made it into work today on the bicycle. 12.5" on the ground outside the house.

Side roads, like 7th Ave, were terrible. Had to make it in on the more traveled roads, 6th Ave, Quebec, etc.

One of my coworkers called in... said he wasn't going to be able to make it due to the snow. Asked who all was there... my name was mentioned. His response? "Oh, CRAP! HE'S there? With his BIKE?"
