Bikes: My 2000 Rockhopper Pro has a Surley Rigid front fork and 26 X 1.5 Nimbus Armadillos. Also have a 2003 Specialized 24" TR-X for MotoXing with my kids. And a 2002 XR400 which I don't ride nearly enough

Does any body have experience with Bontrager Select Invert Kevlar?

I want to get 26 X 1.5 (I think this would be a good compromise btween wide and thin tires) Kevlar belted tires for my Hockhopper Pro turned suedo street/ commuter bike.
The Specialized hemisphere is too wide. The Nimbus has virtually no tread. The Avocet Cross K has no sidewall tread. Plus I've heard Avocet and Specialized have had some quality issues with their tires. And Bontrager is a spin-off of Conti which I heard is supposed to be one of the better tire makers. I'm open to opinions on others as well.
Thanks
