Possibly My First Commuting Bike

Hey guys I'm trying to find a nice commuting bike so I've been scoping out craigslist and I found this bike. I'm curious if this bike is any good... Please let me know.

It's hard to tell from the photos whether or not it has mounts for a rack and fenders. I'm not sure if it's my imagination or if I can kinda, sorta see upper rack mounts near the rear brake. Maybe it's not a concern for you either.

Even so, for the price you can't too far wrong.

I have a Sora bike that I use for commuting. Runs just great. Shifts just as nice as my 105 bike, and almost as nice as my Dura-Ace bike. It's nothing to look down upon as some people do.

The nice thing is that the 8-speed chains and cassettes are really, really cheap, which is important with the wear and tear commuting puts on them.

You could always put a seat post rack on it.

Triple chainring, decent quality bike...yeah looks like a good commuter to me. again its hard to tell from the pic but I would expect a bike like that to have decent fender clearance and mounts for racks etc. check it when you look at it.

According to the specs it has rack mounts.

I'd rock/roll/run it.
