The upside of a flat tire...
I got a flat tire on my Surly 1x1 and my morning commute was in the 24" gear! I got lazy and forgot my repair kit... The upside was I wanted to stop and take this picture for a while and every time I roll across this bridge I a too into my ride to make it happen....so this AM as I walked across the bridge I took the picture.
Sometimes even a bummer like a flat can turn out good...

What did it look like before you got creative?

When will your top tube be recovering from whatever injury it suffered that requires its bandage?

It was a pretty average phone camera shot which is why I got "creative"....best I could do with the raw material. The shot above is the same river at a different spot with a different bike.

Actually I use a pad to keep my TT from getting scratched up and dinged when I lock it to metal posts and bike racks.
