Help find 26in Steel Girls frame?

All these are Steel, but they are 700size tires, I am looking for something with 26in wheels, If anyone know anything like this please let me know,

I am also looking for something with a internal gear hub, but that is not a main point, and please don't bother with cheap Walmart bikes

The Soma Buena Vista frameset. The smallest frame (42cm) uses 26" wheels. The horizontal dropouts facilitate the use of an IGH hub. This is, in fact, the exact bike that I want to build for my wife to replace the slick-equipped FS MTB she's using as a commuter right now. I think that a Sturmey-Archer IGH and matching drum-brake front hub would create a nice, nostalgic look when combined with a nice brown leather saddle and grips.

Here's a similar example, but with rim brakes (and 700c wheels, I think, but you get the idea):

Steel drop frame, 26x1 3/4 tires.

Rivendell sez maybe $2200 for a complete build, so it also meets your criteria for "not a cheap Walmart bike".

If you are not set on buying new, you could create a very nice set up from an older rigid mountain bike.

I have had 700 bikes, but now I just got a 26 LHT, witch i will probably only ride ever, and it would just make it easier then to carry 2 different tires and tubes, on longer rides,

but it seems it will be that way.
