who makes fenders for 20x2.25 tires?

Googled this with few good leads.

I'm looking for full fenders (not clip-on) for 20 x 2.25" (ETRTO 406) tires. Ideally plastic.

Planet bike makes ones for 20 x 1.5", but I don't think they'll fit over my Animal GLH tires. If anyone has a pair, can you measure between the supports and tell me what the max size tire they will fit is?

Going to smaller tires is not an option as the bottom bracket is already pretty low on this bike.

Wald makes some steel fenders, which might be my only option.

Thanks!
-Jim

My folder has 20x2.0 tires with SKS fenders. I think they could accommodate 2.25" tires too.

Do you have the Dahon SKS Special ones? Those look like they might do the trick.

Yes. They came with my bike, but I see they sell them separately at Performance (Bike Nashbar too, but they're currently out of stock).

Ooops, my bad. I just went into the garage to measure them and my tire is, in fact, 1.75" wide, not 2.0". The fenders are exactly 2" wide and the metal supports are 2.375" at the narrowest place. May be a bit too tight for 2.25" tires, and even if the tires fit, it may not give you the coverage you need.

Just a final note, my tires are Schwalbe Big Apple 50-406 and the side of the tire shows 20x2.00, but at 50psi with my stock rims, they're really just 1.75" wide. As mentioned above, the fender itself is 2" wide.

I installed some big apples on a old dahon I have. Those barely cleared my frame. Here's my solution:
