Recommend a brake to go with Pacer

Hi guys,

I just realized my Tektro R556's are too long for my Pacer, the brakepads does not completely grab the wheel. Can someone recommend a brakeset or confirm if the Tektro R538s are compatible with SKS 45 fenders?

Tektro R358 is what the pacer complete comes with. Fit great. I may be able to help you with the fender question tomorrow. Not sure which size fenders are on my Trek.
